Sales Sales Director — US & LATAM
Location: Redwood City, CA or Remote
Help bring physical-change intelligence to cities across the United States and Latin America. You’ll lead regional sales for CityDiff, connecting local-government needs with what our imagery and analysis can deliver.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across the US and Latin America, from initial outreach to pilot discussions and commercial agreements.
- Develop relationships with municipal teams, public-sector partners, and other organizations working with geospatial data.
- Lead discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and proposals in collaboration with our technical team.
- Bring customer feedback into product planning and help shape our regional go-to-market approach.
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading complex B2B or public-sector sales, with a record of developing new business.
- An understanding of procurement processes and the ability to work with multiple decision-makers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across the US and Latin American markets.
- Experience with geospatial technology, imagery, or software for local government is valuable. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
Engineering Image Processing Engineer
Location: Redwood City, CA or Remote
Turn complex imagery into reliable signals of physical change. You’ll develop and improve the image-processing and computer-vision algorithms behind CityDiff, with attention to both accuracy and computational efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Design and evaluate image-processing and vision algorithms for imagery alignment, feature extraction, and change detection.
- Build robust evaluation methods and investigate failure cases across varied imagery and capture conditions.
- Optimise algorithms and processing pipelines for runtime, memory use, and scale.
- Collaborate on moving research prototypes into maintainable production systems.
What you’ll bring
- Strong foundations in image processing, computer vision, and numerical methods.
- Practical experience implementing and evaluating algorithms, with proficiency in Python and/or C++.
- Experience profiling and optimising computationally intensive workloads.
- A PhD in computer vision, image processing, or a related field is ideal; strong equivalent research or engineering experience is also welcome.
- Experience with aerial or satellite imagery, remote sensing, or geospatial data is a plus.
Internship Internship — Vision Algorithms
Location: Redwood City, CA or Remote
Explore how computer vision can make changes in the built environment easier to understand. You’ll contribute to practical algorithm development and evaluation alongside our technical team.
What you’ll do
- Prototype and test vision algorithms for image analysis and change detection.
- Prepare evaluation datasets and analyse model or algorithm performance.
- Explore relevant research and communicate findings through clear experiments and documentation.
- Work with the team to improve promising approaches and understand their real-world limitations.
What you’ll bring
- Current studies in computer science, applied mathematics, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Foundations in computer vision or image processing and working knowledge of Python.
- A careful, curious approach to experiments and an ability to explain your results.
- Coursework, research, or personal projects using tools such as OpenCV or machine-learning frameworks are a plus.
